Beginning January 2007, you must file Form 4768 at the Cincinnati Service Center, regardless of whether you request an extension
of time to file
Form 706, 706-A, 706-D, 706-NA, or 706-QDT; or file other forms that have a foreign address for the executor. See Where To File on page 2
for the address.
