Federal rates; adjusted federal rates; adjusted federal long-term
rate, and the long-term exempt rate. For purposes of sections 1274,
1288, 382, and other sections of the Code, tables set forth the
rates for November 1994.

Proposed regulations under sections 30 and 179A of the Code relating
to the definition of a qualified electric vehicle, the recapture of
any credit allowable for a qualified electric vehicle, and the
recapture of any deduction allowable for qualified clean-fuel
vehicle property or qualified clean-fuel vehicle refueling property.
A public hearing will be held on January 19, 1995.
